We mainly use reliable international shipping carriers such as Yanwen, Cainiao, or similar logistics partners for standard shipping.

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

For customers who need faster delivery, we may offer express shipping through DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express shipping may require an additional shipping fee. The final shipping cost will depend on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.

For damaged items, please provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
