We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, undamaged, with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging included. You will also need to provide your order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before the item is sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@lvdent.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review the case and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, return, or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, worn, damaged, altered, or are missing original packaging or accessories.
We also cannot accept returns for gift cards, final sale items, or customized/personalized products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to request a return for the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a reason.
The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with all accessories and original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
